  1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after they are received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  1. At Indian Snack House, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers. To ensure transparency and clarity in our shipping process, we have defined specific shipping zones based on courier standards. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping zones and their corresponding delivery standards:   
    • Zone A - Within City:
  • Delivery Standard: Orders within the city will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Description: Zone A includes all locations within the city limits where our distribution center is located. Customers in this zone can expect the fastest delivery times.
    • Zone B - Within 500 Kms Outside the City:
  • Delivery Standard: Orders in this zone, which are within 500 kilometers outside the city, will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Description: Zone B covers areas within a radius of 500 kilometers from our distribution center, ensuring reasonably fast delivery times for customers in nearby regions.
    • Zone C - Metro to Metro (500 to 1400 Kms / 1401 to 2500 Kms):
  • Delivery Standard:
    • For distances between 500 and 1400 kilometers: Orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
    • For distances between 1401 and 2500 kilometers: Orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Description: Zone C includes deliveries from one metro city to another metro city, covering both shorter and longer distances within this category.
    • Zone D - Metro to Other Regions (500 to 1400 Kms / 1401 to 2500 Kms):
  • Delivery Standard:
    • For distances between 500 and 1400 kilometers: Orders will be delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
    • For distances between 1401 and 2500 kilometers: Orders will be delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Description: Zone D encompasses deliveries from a metro city to regions outside of metro areas, accommodating both shorter and longer distances within this category.
    • Zone E - Remote and Beyond (Over 2500 Kms):
  • Delivery Standard: Orders in this zone, which are over 2500 kilometers from our distribution center, will have delivery times exceeding 6-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Description: Zone E covers locations that are remote and considerably far from our distribution center. Delivery times for this zone are longer due to the increased distance.

 

  1. Shipping Rates
  • We offer a flexible and customer-centric approach to shipping rates. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total price of your order and your specific location, ensuring a fair and customized shipping cost for your convenience
  • Shipping rates are provided during the checkout process before you finalize your order.
  1. Please refer to the point 2 to calculate the number of days for shipping to reach the customer.
  2. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS with tracking information.
  • You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number and the link provided in the email.

 

  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • We provide shipping services to customers within India and offer worldwide shipping to various countries.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  1. Shipping Delays
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues.
  • We will notify you if there are significant delays affecting your order.
  1. Shipping Changes

  1. Missing or Damaged Items
  • If you receive an order with missing items or items that are damaged during transit, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  1. International Shipping

DUTIES:

  • As mentioned under each product, the customer should pay any duties for Canada & Europe, and Indian Snack House will not bear any duties. For Canada & Europe, we usually see duties up to USD $20.
  • Any duties for the rest of the countries, the duty tax should also be paid by the customer. Indian Snack House will help the customer with customs clearance.

CLEARANCE:

Rarely for countries like Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, France, Sri Lanka, Brazil, and Germany, the delivery may take up to 20 days due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, the process cannot be expedited as customs clearance is not in our control. 

In such cases, Indian Snack House will help you with the overall process by keeping you posted with the tracking information.
